On a day-to-day basis your duties will include, but not limited to:Maintaining high standards of customer service within the Courtyard Bar.Work closely with our Main Restaurant, linking guests with both dining areas.Ensure all food handling and safety measures are met and compliant.Present on the floor, working closely with the team.Support F&B Assistants with their training & development – lead by example.Report to our Restaurant General Manager for all people related enquiries.Deal with and solve complaints.Work closely with our suppliers, support in the management of stock ordering and budgeting.Step up in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager, overseeing the Courtyard daily service.Support with hiring & the rota of staff.Previous experience as a Food & Beverage, or Restaurant Assistant Manager is essential. We are ideally seeking some someone who is a people-focused, natural leader.
