This is a Home Based role, with some occasional travel required to Kirkham, Lancashire. Role and ResponsibilitiesSiteworks is an essential service for customers in the Optimisation division of Inspired Energy. The team are responsible for coordinating significant changes to sites in our client portfolios, including new installations, upgrades and disconnections. Reporting to the Head Of Siteworks, the successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and have experience in using CRMs to help manage workload.The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Coordinate project information from conception to deliveryAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plansLiaise with clients and contractors to identify and define requirementsComplete and submit applications to Distribution Network Operators, Gas Network Operators, Water Wholesalers, Suppliers, Meter Operators and any other TPIs IES have a relationship with.Arrange site surveys where requiredObtain design and quotes from Distribution Network Operators, Gas Network Operators, Water Wholesalers, Suppliers, Meter Operators and any other TPIs IES have a relationship with.Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise as the project evolvesAssist with schedule management and timescales of meter worksAssist with schedule management and timescales of supply worksUpdate clients on a regular basis including producing and issuing trackers where requiredContribution to development of new product and service offeringsAttend training sessions, webinars, client/supplier visits, industry events where requiredEnsure CRM and Job records are kept up to dateResponsible for achieving Key Performance Indicators outlined each quarter in personal performance reviewsRead and comply with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.Experience and QualificationsEssential: Confident and professional telephone mannerExperience working with CRM systemsA good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel essential)Energy sector experienceDesirable:Experience in a siteworks or similar roleResponsibility for revenue in a previous roleWhat we offerTraining and development opportunitiesCompany pensionFlexible work hoursSharesave schemeLife insurance4pm finish on FridayIf you are interested in the role and would like to be considered, please apply now and a member of our In House Recruitment Team will be in touch.
