As an Inventory Administrator, you will be at the heart of our inventory and warehouse departments, providing essential support for the day-to-day administration across our southern depots. Your responsibilities will include confirming orders, booking in deliveries, resolving invoice queries, supporting warehouse administration, and chasing suppliers to ensure seamless operations. This role not only provides stability but also the chance for progression within our vibrant Inventory Department, as it may evolve over time.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - No evenings or weekends!
Inventory Administrator Requirements:
* Ability to multitask effectively
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate (Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
Inventory Administrator Benefits:
