As a Security Officer at Royal Stoke Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors as well as the hospital facilities. What you’ll do:
Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control, and other protective systems
Act as a first-line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
Log and transfer calls, relay messages, and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors, and staff
To carry out regular patrols throughout the shift
What you bring:
Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities.
Excellent communication and awareness skills
Experience in working in a similar role
Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures
A DS license is essential
