As a Logistics Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Supply Chain and take full managerial responsibility for our logistical operations on-site. Your key duties will include managing haulage and distribution, overseeing warehouse management, and ensuring inventory accuracy. You will lead our logistics team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced next-day delivery environment. With a significant transport budget at your discretion, you will negotiate effectively with freight providers and suppliers to ensure we provide a cost-effective and customer-focused service. Your expertise will help improve warehouse processes and establish a culture of continuous improvement, all while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met.

* Experienced senior manager within a 24/7 warehousing and distribution operation.
* Strong business acumen with a knack for negotiation.

* Excellent communicator with strong numerical and IT skills.
* Highly experienced in complex warehouse management systems, contract haulage, and mobile plant fleet management.
