Electrician
Ganymede Energy are currently recruiting an electrican for one of the UK's largest Construction & Facilities Management companies with engineers working on high profile contracts nationwide. They are a well-established company and have been working within the industry for more than 25 years.
The role consists of responding to reactive calls, carrying out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible, ensuring minimum downtime. You must work within all Health and Safety criteria and processes relevant to work activities. You will need to show a proactive approach to Health & safety in the work environment and take the necessary steps to ensure risks are mitigated.
A positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to adapt and excellent communication skills are also necessary for this role.
The Package:
* Basic salary: �39,000 - �42,000 p/a
* Monday to Friday
* Call out rota 1 in 5 weeks (rates discussed at interview)
* Overtime available (rates discussed at interview)
* Van, fuel card, tools, uniform, PDA all provided

About You:
* Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPI's
* England Heritage buildings
* Emergency light testing
* Light repairs, including replacements
* Socket and light switch replacements
* Resetting power trips
* Fault finding on electrical power and lighting circuits
* Generator testing
* Battery installation checks
* Meter readings
* Some BMS and controls knowledge
* Single and 3 phase knowledge
* Pump and fan replacements
* HVAC knowledge
* Repairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report. Including minor works certification
