As part of our food and beverage team our Sommeliers play an important role within our restaurant and bar service. We offer an extensive wine list to our guests, from wines across the world, local British produce to our very own PIG offering.The role of Head Sommelier is key to our success. As Head Sommelier at THE PIG, you will have a proactive, motivated attitude and bring a strong product knowledge to pass onto other members of the team. You must have completed a recognised study in wine and spirits. In return, we will provide you with any further qualifications that might be required for your own personal development.As a Head Sommelier you will be responsible for the growth of our wine team, whilst ensuring that they provide our guests with a quality experience.
