The role:
We are currently looking for an individual to join the Night Shift cleaning team as a team leader based at the Heaton Depot. The night shift team play an essential role in ensuring a high level of service is met and as a Team Leader you will be supervising and guiding the team to achieve their set standards. This is a hands-on role and involves taking part in interior deep cleaning, toilet bleaching and CET tank disposal.
The shift hours are 20:00pm - 06:00pm on a four-on-four off basis.

Pay Rate & Benefits
The pay rate for the team leader position will be at �13.56 per hour on an initial 6-month basis.

About You
If this is a role which has caught your interest, here is what you need to be considered for the Team Leader position at Heaton Depot.
Ideally, you will be experienced within a vehicle/industrial or house cleaning environment. Having been in a similar team leader role in a previous job will also be welcomed. Strong leadership and good communication are vital is this role as you will be overseeing a variety of individuals to achieve set targets.
You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering a clean and safe environment clean for customers.
The night shift is on a four-on-four off basis covering the times of 20:00pm - 06:00pm so you must be comfortable working night shifts, overtime is often available at managements discretion.
Training is provided covering depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions. Work is undertaken in a safety critical environment so you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening.
