The successful candidate will take be responsible for designing and overseeing small capital investment projects (under £250k) alongside the Project Manager, ensuring that Weetabix Capital funds are utilised wisely and aligned with the business strategy and requirem
ents. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing contractors and maintaining the Health & Safety files for larger projects. The purpose of this role is (Please note the responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive) Review project objectives and define full scope of work, complete Specification requirements for tender submission. Complete fair tender process for project proposal and complete T&Cs, manage contract negotiations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare the project Capital Submission CAF, manage the budget and timeline for project implementation. Manage project risks, including schedule, and project conflicts. Induct contractors and manage health and safety whilst work undertaken onsite. Complete H&S audits. Undertake site EHS audits of the area. Conducting regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders. Prepare monthly project update reports to stakeholders and stage gate progression. Be responsible for successful project delivery including management of stakeholders, project team, and effective communication throughout the business.
