Band 7/8a Pharmacist - Acute or Community Hospital Setting
We are currently seeking a Band 7/8a Pharmacist with experience in an acute hospital or community hospital setting to join our hospital based client in Lowestoft. This is an excellent opportunity for a prescriber looking to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment.
Position Details:
* Role : Band 7/8a Pharmacist (Must be a Independant Prescriber)
* Location : Lowestoft. On-site initially for training, with scope for hybrid working once settled.
* Start Date : ASAP
* Contract : Ongoing
* Pay Rate : �30 - �37 per hour
* Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver clinical pharmacy services in an acute or community hospital setting.
* Provide expert medication management and advice, including prescribing and patient counselling.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
* Participate in training and development opportunities.
* Maintain and develop expertise in acute and community pharmacy practice.
Requirements:
* GPHC Qualified Pharmacist with prescriber status.
* Experience in an acute or community hospital setting.
* Ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely once settled.
* Strong communication and clinical skills.
