We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services.Our PFI contract provides 128 different professional services on all aspects of Property Management for our client.In order to continue upholding the high standards and full working order of all buildings on this estate we are seeking an experienced Deputy Technical Operations Manager to join ourleadership team within Colchester.The rolewill involve the management of the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services ina wide range of situations on a complex site with approximately 140 buildings with 2500 onsite bedrooms.You will ideally be educated to degree level or have an NVQ Level 5 Electrical certification, however we would be open to qualifications in similar disciplines. You will also have demonstrable management experience from a hard facilities management background and be proficient in using the CAFM system.With the confidence and credibility to lead from the front you will be focused, detailed, possess strong technical competence and good influencing skills. You must be able to communicate at all levels, be analytical and think strategically.This will be a site-based role working within the main garrison over 5 days Monday – Friday.
