Smart Comms Developer 

Salary - up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)

18-month secondment

FT - 35 hours per week

Hybrid - London/Ashford - Travel to our London/Ashford Office once per month

Here at Saga, we are looking for a Smart Comms Developer who will be responsible for the production, development and maintenance of consistently high-level documentation and multi-channel customer communications, including documents and email, from the Thunderhead/Smartcomms platform.

Main Responsibilities
Building and modifying Thunderhead/Smartcomms documents/configuration in line with Business needs and requirements
Ensuring any deliveries are of high quality and any development side testing is complete
Working collaboratively with other Technology professionals and SME’s to deliver technology programmes, projects and workstreams
Assisting with troubleshooting systems and working collaboratively to resolve and prevent any defects, risk, or issues
Creating and maintaining technical documents
Remaining up to date with development best practice
Adherence to all marketing brand styles and guidelines
Resolution of any issues within the Thunderhead/Smartcomms platform
Full development lifecycle knowledge

The Ideal Candidate
2+ years using Thunderhead/Smartcomms
Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks relevant to area
Agile development methodologies
An eye for detail and identifying problems
Analytical and inquisitive mindset
Good Communication skills
