You will develop positive working relationships withSodexo colleagues,military chefs, agency chefs and stakeholders and work to produce innovative dishes and menus.You will also be responsible for the following:Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)Client relationship managementStock ControlImproving financial performanceMenu complianceImproving food quality standardsAuditsStaff trainingWith proven experience in catering or hospitality management covering regional sites and some experience of working with the military as well as an NVQ Level 3 qualification in catering and Level 3 in Food Safety, you will put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do.You will be engaging, enthusiastic, willing to learn and have good organisation, communication and customer service skills as well as high attention to detail.Though this role will be predominantly Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible as you may be required to work unsociable hours to meet the needs of the business, and our 24/7 operation.You will also need to have a full clean UK driving licence as you will be provided with a site vehicle to travel to sites across the region.Package DescriptionWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
