Job Description
- Work closely with sales to provide pre and post-sales technical support for European customers.
- Travel to the customer site to provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with device and module design engineers to troubleshoot customer applications
- Develop strong relationships with sales and engineering teams to help drive next-generation products.
- Technically qualify opportunities and propose the best solution
- Assist new and existing customers from evaluation through production
- Gather information on the competitive landscape and report to management
- Communicate technical market trends and recommend strategies for success
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in power semiconductors and their applications
- Strong communication skills – fluent in German and English
- Ability to review schematics and provide support using their product
- Knowledge of SiC MOSFETs, Diodes, and Power Modules
