P3 is an award-winning charity that works with people to improve their lives, unlock people’s potential and open up new possibilities.P3 Housing is working in partnership with Coventry City Council to deliver a new service for families in need of temporary accommodation.  The scheme will offer 50 families good quality, safe accommodation, where each family will have their own, private space to call home, whilst the local authority works to find longer term accommodation for each family.You will have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience of working in a similar role, delivering a night concierge service, being the first point of contact for advice and provide security for tenants during the night.  You will be person-centred and possess a thorough understanding of the issues faced by people who may be vulnerable.As part of this role, you will ensure security and safety of the building, along with any compliance checks, recording any issues and assisting to resolve incidents and reporting to the necessary departments.We are seeking passionate individuals who can work in a fast paced environment and be flexible and dynamic, solutions focussed and have a keen interest in supporting people to improve their lives.What We OfferIn return we offer the chance to join an expanding, dynamic organisation, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.
