This includes advising on purchases, remortgages, additional borrowing, and post contract variations, while ensuring your advice and recommendations are compliant. You will be the main point of contact with your customer throughout their
mortgage journey.After completing a full fact-find conversation, enabling you to fully assess the customer’s needs and make an appropriate recommendation around mortgage product, term, and repayment type. You would then document this accurately to show the customers needs have been met.During your conversation with the customer, you will be highlighting the importance of protection (Life Insurance and Critical Illness Cover) to establish any gaps or needs the customer may have. Our ethos is to ensure our customers are protected both now and in the future from life events that could impact them or their families.What do we need from you?You must hold the relevant qualification to give mortgage advice such as CF1 & CF6 or CeMAP 1,2 &3Have the ability and experience to communicate clearly and comprehensively, making complex and confusing information understandable to anyone, while applying empathy and human touch to your conversations.You must be able to ask the right question at the right time to gain a firm understanding of the customers’ needs. From this, you will provide robust and suitable mortgage advice. You will not be afraid to challenge where needed.We are excited to grow our direct lending business; therefore, we need brave and innovative people to drive this forward and be initiative-taking in seeking opportunities.You must have sound market knowledge and the ability to adapt your conversations in an ever-changing market.
