Your days will be filled with moments of tension, unpredictability, and occasional conflict.No previous experience required, our comprehensive 8 week training program which is carried out locally, will swiftly bring you up to speed and furnish you with the necessary tools to excel in your role. From shadowing seasoned colleagues to mastering conflict resolution techniques, you'll be fully equipped for the challenges ahead.The training course for this campaign will start 10 February 2025 and will be fully paid.The Ideal Candidate:Good listener, sensitive, and able to maintain professionalism.Reliable, punctual, and committed to setting high standards.Conducts themselves in a respectful and fair manor.High attention to detail and good observation tactics.Good interpersonal skills, including assertiveness and self-motivation.Capable of working independently or as part of a team, delivering high-quality work without constant supervision.Applicants for this position must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this position.Through daily interactions you'll establish rapport with prisoners and witness their progression.
