What you’ll do:
Responsible to run the day-to-day kitchen operation and deputising in the absence of the Head Chef.
Responsible for the preparation and presentation of all menu items, to ensure that a high culinary Standard is met and that the service is prompt and efficient.
To make sure specified standards of food handling and storage and Stock Rotation are practiced.
Support the Head chef in menu planning, costings and implementation.
To deliver Team Briefings and identify the training needs of the kitchen and individuals to meet the business needs.
To Support Head chef in delivering required standard of food, and kitchen operation.
Always comply with the HR Staff Code of Conduct.
To ensure that the uniform provided is always worn whilst on duty.
Demonstrate good customer service attitude to our clients, staff and customers.
Responsible in maintaining a safe working environment to minimise accidents within the workplace.
What you bring:
A Minimum 2 years’ experience in people management
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management
Supportive / Team player
Demonstrate high level of organisation.
Excellent record keeping.
