Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist based around the Bath area looking to join a team which is striving to make positive changes? Would you like to work for an organisation where more than 9 out of every 10 of the people who use our services would recommend them?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and competent professional to join this unique and specialist rotation working within dynamic multi-disciplinary teams across Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES). If you are a current Band 5, a third year student or looking to return to practice we would love to hear from you!
This rotation is within specialist services which includes: Falls and Parkinson’s Clinic, the Community Neuro and Stroke Service, Early Supported Discharge Team (ESD) and the ward at St Martins Hospital, which includes in-patient stroke rehab.
This will be a 9 month rotation into each service. Some locations provide a 7 day a week service, including bank holidays. Intervention is completed either in a clinic/ward or within the community setting across Bath and North East Somerset.
Regular team meetings are held in each service and staff have access to remote working in the community. The post holder will have the opportunities to develop specialist skills under the guidance of a clinical specialist in each area.
Your first rotation will be with the team on Sulis Ward at St Martins Hospital. This is a fast-paced in-patient unit providing both rehabilitation and discharge planning for service users with complex, multifactorial conditions including stroke.
This is a full time opportunity working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis for a rotation.

As you’d expect, safeguarding and protecting the children, young people and vulnerable adults that we work with is of the utmost importance so we have policies and procedures in place to promote safeguarding and safer working practices and everyone who joins the team is subject to a safer recruitment process, including the disclosure of criminal records and vetting checks.
Finally, we need to let you know that the company you’ll work for is part of HCRG Care Group Holdings Limited and by applying for this job we’ll need to process and hold information about you.
