As a Plating Operator, you will play a crucial role in our fast-paced plating department. Your responsibilities will include handling our four plating lines, ensuring production demands are met, stripping chrome and bronze rejects, operating the jig striping line, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will liaise with suppliers for maintenance support, assist in resolving production issues, and ensure our processes run smoothly. Your attention to detail will help us maintain compliance and improve our operations!
Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent
Plating Operator Requirements:
* Experience within the electroplating sector, particularly with Chrome and Nickel finishes (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and an engaging personality
* Excellent organisational and methodical skills
* High level of attention to detail, capable of identifying and reporting issues
* Proven ability to collaborate and contribute actively within a team
