What you’ll do:
Carry out PPM, Reactive Maintenance, and extra works requirements in accordance with set schedules.
Carry out minor plumbing tasks, when required
Ensure standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the site systems.
Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
Fault finding and remedial works as required
Weekly and periodic inspections as per H&S Inspection matrix
Assist with other PPM/extra works related tasks
Attend weekly site meetings and toolbox talks.
To provide reports in relation to work and equipment as required.
Work a split shift system.
Escort and supervise sub-contractors on site
What you bring:
18th Edition Regulations Certificate
Relevant level 3 electrical qualification
Multiple installation experience – FP200 / SWA (installation and termination) / cable tray / ladder rack
Emergency Lighting – functional testing and repair
Minimum of City & Guilds Craft Qualification Certificate (electrical / mechanical) and demonstrable experience in a trade discipline
Problem solving ability in response to technical issues, fault diagnosis and solution finding
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels within Sodexo
Numerate and computer literate
Strong sense of client focus
The ability to listen to others understand and interpret their views
Personal presentation must be of a high professional standard
Prioritizing own workload and working under own initiative with minimal supervision
Good organizational skills with the ability to organize others
