As a General Maintenance/ Handyman, you will play an essential role in the upkeep and smooth running of our various buildings in Leatherhead. Your responsibilities will include high-quality and cost-effective repairs and maintenance of these sites. Tasks will range from interior and exterior building maintenance, refurbishment painting and decorating, completion of regular preventative maintenance tasks, plumbing and basic electrical works, to assisting with the removal and installation of furniture. You will also monitor stock and contractors to ensure health and safety regulations are met whilst maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
Work Hours: Full Time, Negotiable for the ideal candidate. While the position is full time, we are open to offering flexible working arrangements for the right individual. General Maintenance/ Handyman Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance activities independently.
* Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including working at heights.
