About The Company
The Mulberry Court family is recruiting! 

Mulberry Court is a residential service in Gillingham, Dorset. As a member of the support team you will work with people who have varying degrees of disabilities to promote independence and choice through meaningful activities and experiences.

The individuals we support go on day trips to lots of different places, such as Legoland, Longleat and Monkey World. They love going out for picnics and walks around the local area. They’re situated right next to a garden centre and take regular trips to their café for lunch! They love cooking, gardening, arts and crafts and competitive games/sports baking cakes. Oh, and they love a BBQ! One of the individuals they support Music is important to many of the people we   support, Mulberry has in-house discos with karaoke as well as trips to music festivals and concerts! loves music, they’re due to take him to a pink Floyd tribute concert in the near future!

 
The staff love working at Mulberry Court, they’ve describe the nature of their work as being more than just a job as it has a complete family feel where everyone is supported and everyone supports each other and has each other’s backs. The staff feel they are truly making a positive impact and difference to the lives of the individuals we support.
