Contract Manager£50,000 per annum + company car Locations of contract include but not limited to;CoventrySheffieldSouthport Durham We are looking for a dynamic Contract Manager to organise and supervise a new contract in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland and the client. To provide exceptional Foodservice and Support Service solutions to our clients that exceed customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. The Contract Manager will develop and lead the team, as well as manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance and in line with net growth and retention targets. Key responsibilitiesUnderstand and deliver all contractual termsCommunicate any on site client changes to line manager. Communicate regularly with client (as agreed)Action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveysAnalyse and manage effectively all in unit costs.Monitor and manage GPEnsure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained All food wastage is recorded and minimisedEnsure all customer requirements are communicated to all departments in advance to ensure effective planningComplete labour schedule within the labour budgetEffectively minimise any agency and overtime spendAdjust labour schedule in line with salesTaking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what they fail to do.Implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate.Person SpecificationEssential Senior management experience leading and inspiring operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results. Developed and led the implementation of change programme to deliver operational benefits. Experience in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets Excellent communication and presentation skills Significant experience at a senior management level Experience in managing complex and multiple stakeholder relationships.Demonstrable financial acumen Excellent management skills & ability to demonstrate change management through a team. Have a proven track record of client/customer satisfaction. IT & computer literateTrack record of growing sales and retaining businessDesirableCatering, facilities management, or retail backgroundExperience in managing contract catering delivery.Self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment.Project / Change management experience
