Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist - Band 6
Location: NHS Hospital, London
Salary: �24-�27ph
Contract Type: Full-time, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Start Date: November 2023
Duration : 3 - 6 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacist to join our client's dynamic pharmacy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for community pharmacists looking to transition into a clinical setting. You will be working on various wards, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patient and full training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct medication reviews and provide medication management advice.
* Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective medication use.
* Participate in ward rounds and contribute to patient care discussions.
* Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related issues.
* Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy services within the wards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications:
* Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Experience in a clinical setting is not required; community pharmacists are welcome to apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
