This is a part time weekend position working either 6 hours per week.
As a Cleaner within Paulton Memorial Hospital, you will have the chance to work alongside a multidisciplinary team consisting of other domestics, portering and catering staff.
By working alongside the wider team, you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and undertake any relevant training for any areas you are interested in, such as catering.
As part of our valued team within HCRG Care Group, you will contribute to our fantastic team by providing great customer service by ensuring that a clean, safe and comfortable environment is maintained. You may asked to support colleagues at St. Martin's Hospital when required.

Main ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but will not be limited to:
A range of cleaning duties working to National Cleaning Standards ensuring a safe clean environment for service users and clients.
Cleaning duties within clinical areas which include, Vacuuming, mopping, floor cleaning, damp dusting, low level dusting, high level dusting, bed cleaning, curtain changing, Infection and out-break cleans ensuring cleanliness is of a high standard.
To exercise good hand and personal hygiene procedures at all times, following Covid-19, infection control and COSHH policy and procedures.
To serve/ assist with service user meals, snacks and beverages, collecting in and washing up of cutlery and crockery.
Ensure food quality, quantity, temperature and waste procedures are followed.
The Ideal CandidateYou will be caring and have a flexible approach and are looking for the opportunity to work in a close and varied team within a hospital setting.
We are looking for someone who wants to join a team that is part of providing great service to patients and visitors. It is not essential for you to have previous expereince as a domestic in a hospital as it is about what you can bring to the team personally as full training will be provided.
You will be required to work to a daily cleaning schedule using your own initiative when working alone.
