Ottolenghi is a London based restaurant and deli group. We are looking for a Bakery Chef de Partie to join our central production unit to support our bakery team. The central production unit is a tight-knit team of chefs who prepare fresh food products for our venues.The role is based around day shift- a mix of early mornings and weekends.Main Responsibilities:Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and icingsOperate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, laminators)Maintain product quality and consistencyHelp manage inventory and keep a clean, organized workspaceWhat We’re Looking For:Suitable for an experienced Chef de Partie, baking experience is not essentialStrong attention to detail and recipe accuracyAbility to perform in a busy kitchen environmentIf you would like to work as a chef but not in a restaurant, join Ottolenghi’s central production kitchen and bring exceptional baked goods to life!
