As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be carrying out essential maintenance and improvements across our properties. Your expertise will ensure that our homes are maintained to the highest standards, providing our tenants with exceptional living experiences. With a strong focus on repairs and customer service, you will showcase your skills in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering in this challenging and rewarding position.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, permanent.
Multi Skilled Operative Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a repairs or maintenance role.
* Proficient in various aspects of building maintenance.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a busy workload independently, whilst being a team player.
* Full driving license and willingness to undertake a Disclosure Barring Service (CRB) Check.
Multi Skilled Operative Benefits:
* Competitive Salary: �29,228 to �30,766 per annum
* HOLIDAYS - 24 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days, and bank holidays
* SICK PAY - 1 month full pay plus 1 month half pay (after probation)
* TRAVEL - Free home to work travel, within a 30 mile radius of our head office
* OUT OF HOURS - A place on our out of hours rota, potentially earning another �5,000pa
* OVERTIME - available 7 days per week, with prior agreement from your manager
* PENSION - we will match your contribution, up to 8%
