About the team:
We are working with a leading private hospital in Surrey who are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare service. The department are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACT) to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As an Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of medication dispensed to our patients. Full training will be provided, so prior hospital experience is not required. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to advance their career in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accuracy checks on medications prepared by other technicians.
* Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.
* Ensure accurate medication storage and inventory management.
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements:
* Valid Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
