Astute’s Renewables team is partnering with a specialist in solar energy projects for the commercial and industrial sector, to recruit for a Junior Project Manager, this position will be based in their London office.
The strategically important Junior Project Manager role comes with a salary of up to �42,000, company bonus and hybrid working.

Responsibilities and duties
As the Junior Project Manager you will:
* Identify and evaluate potential sites for solar projects, taking into account factors such as infrastructure, environmental impact, legal and regulatory requirements, and financial feasibility.
* Support the project development process, from land acquisition and permits to stakeholder engagement and project completion.
* Provide detailed project plans, track key milestones, and adjust schedules as needed to mitigate risks and meet deadlines.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Support all project aspects including, legal negotiations, and operational strategies, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Maintain client relationships, keeping them updated with project developments.
* Attend prospective client teams to support sales team presentations.
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Previous project management experience
* An understanding of permitting, land acquisition and legal requirements.
* Previous experience with engineering, preferably solar (desirable)
