You will lead a dedicated operations team to ensure seamless execution across a range of events, including corporate meetings, exhibitions, weddings, and large-scale conferences. This is a key role that requires both strategic leadership and operational excellence.Oversee end-to-end operations for all C&E and Hospitality, ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfactionLead, manage, and develop a team of event operations staff, ensuring performance goals are metCollaborate with sales, marketing, and catering teams to deliver exceptional event experiencesImplement processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standardsMaintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to enhance the site reputation as a premier event venueManage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for C&E and Hospitality operations, ensuring profitability and cost controlDrive innovation and continuous improvement in event delivery and guest servicesAbout you:Proven experience in catering or hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume venue or event environmentStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectivelyExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks in a dynamic settingSound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and food safety standardsProficiency in relevant software applications for scheduling, budgeting, and reportingA customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectationsA mindset that pushes boundaries and shares knowledge, always pushing for positive change and never accepting second bestAt Levy UK & Ireland, we take pride in fostering a workplace culture that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusion.
