Purpose of the Role: As a Chef Manager within our esteemed Senior Living Team, you will be at the heart of our culinary operations, ensuring our residents enjoy top-notch meals every day. You will organise and supervise the unit in line with Compass Group UK&I standards, the contract specifications, and statutory regulations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest quality service, efficiently utilizing all resources, including stock, team members, and company assets. Additionally, you will oversee all cleaning activities throughout, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon specifications.
