We're looking for a results-driven professional to join our client's senior team and help drive operational excellence, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team
- Take charge of daily operations with a hands-on approach
- Own the Profit & Loss management, ensuring financial performance
- Solve operational challenges and drive efficiency improvements
- Manage key accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Generate and provide accurate quotations for clients
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations
- Oversee facilities management to ensure smooth site operations
- Be an active voice in weekly operations, sales, and leadership meetings
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in customs clearance
- Proven experience managing and motivating teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- IT proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
