Part-time hours at the hourly equivalent pay can be considered for the right candidate.Please note: All applicants must be available for flexible working, including some weekends, early (8am-6pm) and late shifts (2pm-11pm).We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team at THE PIG - in the South Downs.As our Duty Manager you will be responsible for encouraging effective communication and organisation across all departments, liaising with the Hotel Director & Deputy General Manager on all aspects of the hotel operation whilst demonstrating a positive attitude in all that you do. We require someone who thrives from working within a team environment but equally happy to work alone to complete all tasks within a consistent and timely manner. This involves all health and safety compliance, including fire prevention, providing a confident approach towards the safeguarding of the hotel.We are seeking someone who has a strong background in food & beverage operations. Knowledge and experience in rooms, revenue & reservations is highly beneficial.The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a hospitality management role and a strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
