The successful candidate for this role can be based anywhere.Key Responsibilities Lead the HR Assistant team, providing support and developing overall capabilities.Supporting the HR Business Partner to develop and implement a strategic people plan.Act as a strategic advisor to the Regional leaderships teams.Guide regional leadership team on performance management and the annual appraisal process.Oversee and guide leadership team on performance management and annual appraisal process,Provide professional leadership, support, and development to HR team, to increase knowledge, share best practice and ensure professional standards are met,Support with continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.Ensure compliance with local employment laws within the UK and IrelandWork with the HR Business Partner to identify local trends and work on plans to resolve issues, where required.Support with the preparation and presentation of HR reportsSupport with HR activities with new business openings, supporting in country teams and ensuring regulatory compliance with the wider HR team.For this new role we are looking for a team member who:Is an experienced HR professional looking for their next development roleCan manage and develop a teamProvide on site and virtual support to a variety different of stakeholdersCan manage a large and varied case loadHas experience in HR for Casual WorkersIs looking to develop into a HR Business Partner, supporting on projects across the businessHas experience working in HR in the catering and hospitality sectorThis role will require travel to a variety of different venues across the UK but when not travelling can be done from home.
