Overall, Purpose of the Role:We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to manage one of Restaurant Associates prestigious accounts based onsite in Manchester. The ideal Head Chef must have excellent craft skills, be creative, passionate and love offering good food and excellent customer service with the assistance of a motivated team.The Head Chef will be managing the kitchen operation. The Head Chef will be responsible for the delivery of client hospitality and events to brand standard, whilst managing excellent relationships with the Stakeholders and Senior Managers. The Head Chef will be expected to work to very high standards, offering high end fine dining and events utilising the best local produce. As the Head Chef you will need to be hands-on. You will support the team in the delivery of excellent customer service, food quality and operational excellence. Key Accountabilities:To continuously implement new core concepts, limited time only offers and innovation both on the high street, nationally and internationally, with relevance to Compass to ensure Compass & Deloitte are leading the way when it comes to food.
