We’re now looking to strengthen our existing Business Development team and are recruiting for an Account Executive. This role is to work with Key Account Managers to support our partners across the globe such as The Reject Shop in Australia and Aldi in the UK. We operate smart working principles at cardfactory, combining some days working from our support centre in Wakefield (1-2 a week) with some days working remotely from home. Building and developing ranges independently and alongside the Key Account Manager for different partners in order to drive sales and profitability Co-ordinating market research and competitor activity to identify gaps and opportunities in the market Assisting in developing relationships with new and existing suppliers to source innovative and profitable products Working closely with the Design Studio to ensure ranges are created in line with customer needs Creating sales and space analysis to ensure each partner is trading in line with expectations Undertaking project work with the support of the Key Account Manager to help define future processes Ensuring product data is accurate and up to date. Ideally, previous experience working within a commercial function as a Buyer or Merchandising Assistant. Strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to interact with all teams and levels of the business Experience of analysing sales and interpreting data
