As an HR Assistant, you will become an integral part of our team, supporting a wide range of administrative and advisory responsibilities. You'll be involved in the full employee life cycle, taking ownership of specific tasks and adapting to changing priorities in a busy environment, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Hours of Work:
* Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Enjoy your evenings, weekends, and bank holidays off!
HR Assistant Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration; you will be responsible for raising and issuing all correspondence
* Exceptional literacy and keen attention to detail
* Fantastic organisation and time management skills
* Outstanding customer service abilities and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Previous experience within a similar business, especially in a multi-site environment, is an advantage
