My client who are within the oil and gas industry are on the lookout for a Product Designer to join them on an initial 6 month contract Inside IR35.
2 days in the office in the Oxford Area
Your role primarily spans the end-to-end software development process for digital product design, including user research, journey mapping, interface design and prototyping, to user testing and development handover.

* Soft skills such as great attention to detail. You’re an effective and considered communicator, you have resilience, and solid stakeholder management capabilities, amongst others.
* Output quality skills such as being able to oversee quality and consistency of work and understand a project’s requirements at a strategic and tactical level, amongst others.
* Project delivery skills such as understanding and defining a project’s scope, outcome, and deliverables. Working at various velocities depending on the project needs, and prioritising work based on learnings and priority shifts, amongst others.
* Product design skills such as aligning user needs with business goals and value propositions, setting UX Product and service success metrics at the strategic, optimising, and assessing product development phases, producing customer journey maps, writing problem statements and creating job stories, and crafting workflows, amongst others.
