What you’ll do:
Actively apply policies and procedures within Regulatory areas and manage deviations and corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with AZ and Sodexo teams in root cause investigations, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
Coordinate key training such as SOPs and GMP to enhance compliance across teams.
Facilitate daily PDRs with deviation managers, providing updates to key stakeholders and supporting investigations related to quality issues.
Track and manage document flow, ensuring GMP accuracy, archiving documents, and preparing reports for audits and monthly governance reviews.
What you bring:
The successful applicant will aid in ensuring compliance within the area through administration of documentation, training records, and governance reporting while supporting business needs.
Proven experience working in a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and a ‘Right First Time’ mindset, promoting quality and GMP culture.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and technical document writing experience.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to analyze information systematically.
Resilient and flexible, able to work under pressure, take initiative, and continuously develop through learning opportunities.
