As our Warehouse Night Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the night shift operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and managing the team, ensuring KPIs are met, and promoting compliance with health and safety policies. You will also be in charge of stock management, vehicle dispatch accuracy, and facilitating effective communication between shifts.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, night shift
Warehouse Night Shift Manager Requirements:
* Proven track record in people and operations management
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Strong decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
* Quick learner with a capacity to adapt to new challenges
* FLT Counterbalance certificate (beneficial but not essential)
