We are looking for experienced SCPHN HV / SN, someone who has a specialist children’s nursing qualification or equivalent to join an expanding nursing team for Looked after Children within Leeds Community Health Trust. The posts are full time.You will be working in our friendly and supportive nursing team caring for our children and young people who are looked after by Leeds city council, alongside their families and care givers, to maximise their health potential and address their health inequalities.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and monitoring the delivery and the heath care of looked after children and young people, age 0-17.
