Astute’s Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a leader in renewable energy, spanning across the Solar and EV Charging sectors. We’re supporting them to recruit a Planning and Monitoring Coordinator out of their office near Swindon.
The role is key for the smooth day to day running of a field-based workforce and comes with a salary up to �36,000 depending on experience, plus a great package.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Head of Planning you will:
* Be responsible for the monitoring of the operational status of their assets
* Scheduling resources and the field engineers/technicians to attend any issues with the EV chargers, region by region
* Maintain and manage the asset management and pre-planned maintenance schedule
* Be responsible for prioritising jobs and to resolve issues as quickly as possible
* Logging all activities on the internal CRM and portal systems
* Investigating error codes using internal resources to report back to the field team
* Rasing job tickets and ensuring each job is completed, adhering to the contractual obligations
* Schedule external contractors to do field work as and when required
* Logging and managing the movement of stock through the system
* Being hands on with any spares and stock movement should you be required
* All related admin works to do with raising work orders, POs, reports & inventory
Professional qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
* Previous experience in a similar, highly organised and fast-paced role
* Experience ensuring jobs and completed to a contractual standard is desired
* Knowledge of Solar, EV charging or Battery Storage is preferred but not essential
* Experience ysing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel and Power BI is hugely advantageous
