As a Residential Sales and Lettings Coordinator you will be at the heart of our thriving lettings and sales team, providing essential administrative support that keeps our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include liaising with tenants and landlords, processing tenancies, managing documents, and ensuring our clients receive the excellent service they expect. You'll work closely with a lively team of Property Managers and Sales/Lettings Negotiators, contributing to a relaxed yet productive office atmosphere.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Residential Sales and Lettings Coordinator Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration or coordination roles.
* Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication.
* Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with databases.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
