As a Sample Co-ordinator, you will take full control of the Salesman Sample process across all our exciting Brands. This means you'll be the key player in ordering samples, ensuring they are received on time, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners. Your daily interactions will ensure the seamless delivery of Salesman Samples, enabling our sales teams to shine during product launches. Your role will also involve monitoring costs and improving processes, making you an integral part of our Sourcing & Supply Chain team.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday with opportunities to showcase your skills.
Sample Co-ordinator Requirements:
* Proven administrative skills that shine through.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
* An exceptional eye for detail that doesn't miss a beat.
* Outstanding organisational and planning skills to juggle competing demands.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
