As a Land & Measured Building Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of our Measured Survey team, undertaking measured surveys, setting out, and utilising laser scanning techniques across diverse environments throughout the UK. You will be responsible for producing plans, drawings, and reports, while also checking the work of others to maintain our high standards. Plus, you'll have the chance to mentor junior team members and help develop our capability in this essential field.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent
Land & Measured Building Surveyor Requirements:
* Experienced in topographical and measured building surveys.
* Familiarity with UAV drone surveying is a plus.
* Proficient with survey equipment such as total stations and GNSS.
* Previous team leadership experience, with a flair for mentoring.
* RICS or CICES membership, or the ambition to achieve it.
