Technical Services ManagerLocation: Central London Salary: Up to £60,000 based on experienceSodexo have a fantastic opportunity for you to join one of our prestigious client accounts based in central London as our onsite Technical Services Manager.In this role you will have responsibility for the electrical and mechanical services that Sodexo manage at our international client office location.Drawing on your previous experience in a similar client facing role, you will effectively manage all Hard Services operations, delivering effective Maintenance services into M&E and Building Fabric to fully meet both contractual and Statutory requirements during normal working hours.By joining Sodexo, you will be part of something greater, working in an environment that fosters innovation and supports your professional growth. Become a valued member of our team, where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.About YouTo be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:Facility Management experience covering an appreciation of risk assessment techniques.Preferably experience in building services and a working knowledge of plant engineering.HND or NVQ or equivalent in a relevant subject.Control of annual budgets relating to all site Hard Services expenditure.Successfully delivering against contractual targets, PM schedules and KPI’sDelivering against contractual SLA’sExperience of delivering a service provision on a site where strong permit to work systems are in placeMembership to the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) or equivalentPractical knowledge of word processing and spreadsheetsFully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.Ability to advise, negotiate and influence.Effective people management skills in terms of performance management, teamwork, motivation, delegation, and discipline are essential.What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
