An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef / Cook with 2 years' experience in cooking to join a dynamic food preparation company that specialises in bespoke meal preparation for athletes and sports enthusiasts.
As a Chef / Cook, you will be preparing nutritious meals and contributing innovative dishes that align with the companys ethos. This is a full-time / part-time role with at least 24 hours per week.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare meals following established recipes and develop new, creative dishes.
- Utilise a company vehicle for local deliveries, ingredient pickups, and visits to suppliers.
- Accurately weigh and calculate meals to meet specific nutritional needs (training provided).
- Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs effectively.
- Foster a collaborative team environment with a proactive attitude.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience in cooking.
- Culinary understanding with experience in diverse cuisines.
- Able to work cleanly, efficiently, and independently.
- A valid UK driving licence.
Shifts:
- Sunday - Thursday: 6am - 1pm (Full-Time)
- Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday: 6am - 3pm (Part-Time)
