Job Introduction                 
We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and results driven Head of Business for our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham. This is a very exiting time to being joining the brand with some exciting new vehicles and significant growth forecasted & planned for 2025
Whilst this title may differ from franchise to franchise the responsibilities for the role do not vary. Reporting to the Toyota Brand Director you will take overall responsibility for the performance of the Dealership.
In every aspect of our dealerships the aim is always to exceed customer expectation. Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be leading from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience. We truly are an electrifying and results driven company and everything we do is geared towards our enthusiasm for creating enduring bonds with both the franchises we represent and the customers we serve.
You will receive a robust support network from our Head Office team including our I.T, Finance, Accounts, Marketing, Recruitment and Training departments.
Role and Responsibilities

Working closely with the management team the Brand Manager will be responsible for the continued growth of Retail, Aftersales and Fleet business
You will drive a leading customer satisfaction programme that’s takes your dealership into a different league to your competitors.
Lead and develop the team at the dealership.
Strategic approach for all operations of the business, including sales, growth, quality and profitability.
Overall Project success including profitability and customer satisfaction.

About you

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of overseeing the Retail, Fleet and Aftersales departments within a franchised dealership.
Experience as Head of Business or General Manager.
You must be able demonstrate a profitable and successful track record of delivering outstanding results as well as delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Pro-active & commercial awareness to be able to make the most of sales and business opportunities.
In addition your need to have strong management and leadership skills, winning mentality and a real passion for the brand.
