Hard Services CoordinatorLocation: Soho, LondonSalary: £35,000 & a range of excellent employee benefitsOnsite – Monday-FridaySodexo has a great opportunity for an experienced Hard Services Coordinator to join our established team working with our clients based in London.Joining our team at their corporate offices in Soho, you will act as first line control for access and permit requests within the London cluster, interacting with customers and vendors ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service in terms of initial response and regular updates and notifications (telephone & emails), accurate recording of requests for service and escalating problems before they become issues. The Hard Services Coordinator will provide essential support and data to enable accurate monthly reporting, manage and revise PPM schedules and ensure compliance with mandatory & statutory regulations whilst liaising with the Communications Manager to refresh and advertise to ensure best use of local helpdesk function.You will ensure Sodexo’s commitment to ethical principles and sustainable development are achieved and maintained,ensuring compliance with all Sodexo and client policies, procedures and directives and promote and maintain Sodexo values and ethical principles.Achieving a high degree of Customer and Supplier satisfaction, applying logic and common sense to requests for assistance and ensuring that identified criteria are escalated in accordance with procedures, you will build relationships with key stakeholders and understand the on-site requirements and specifications, proactively managing work orders to completion.About YouExperience and knowledge requirement for this role:A minimum of 2 years’ Customer Service experience, preferably in a Command Centre and/or Call Centre environmentPrior knowledge and skills in utilizing CAFM applications (Maximo/QFM) especially work planning and scheduling functionalitiesHave a good understanding of reactive and planned maintenance works to enable planning of works within SLAs/KPIsKeen attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute a diverse workload in a high-pressure environmentAbility to deliver exceptional customer service to Stakeholders both internal & externalSelf-motivated, confident, honest and flexible, with a professional work ethicManagement and administration of subcontract RAMS is essentialIntermediate computer skills in MS Office including Word & ExcelA strong commitment to Zero Harm and a strong safety culturePrevious experience in working with Third Party VendorsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAsset data management qualifications/experienceDemonstrates the Sodexo values and behavioursRelationship building and influencing capabilitiesAsset data and trend analysis experiencePrior experience in quote managementBe flexible and adaptable to changeStrong people management skillsExceptional attention to detailQualifications (Desirable):Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration/Property/Facilities Management or related disciplineWhat we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
